You have 14 days from the delivery date to cancel and return your order under UK consumer law. The item must be returned in the same condition as delivered and not used beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Returned sofas must be in the same condition as delivered, clean and free from additional wear or damage. If an item shows use beyond reasonable inspection, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover cleaning or repairs.

Who pays for return transport?

Customers are responsible for return transport costs. You may arrange your own courier or we can arrange a paid collection; the collection fee will be confirmed in writing and may be deducted from your refund.

What are your collection and handling fees?

Our standard transport rate is £2 per mile (calculated from BT36 4TY). A £50 return handling fee applies. Additional charges may apply for stairs or difficult access.

Please report delivery or condition issues within 24 hours of receipt with photos. If the issue is our fault, we will repair, replace, or collect the item at our expense.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described. For change-of-mind returns, delivery and any collection fees are not refunded.

What are your delivery times and long-distance terms?

Typical delivery time is 1–7 working days from purchase unless otherwise agreed. For deliveries over 25 miles, a non-refundable £50 deposit and full delivery payment are required before dispatch.

What warranty do you provide for refurbished sofas?

Accepted Answer

All sofas include a 7-day warranty covering faults arising from our refurbishing work under normal use, and repairs carried out by us are covered for 4 weeks. This warranty does not affect your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.

How do Klarna purchases work if I return an item?
